After a successful career in the corporate world, Patricia listened to an inner voice calling her to a deeper destiny: to heal, create, and guide. She studied with masters like Deepak Chopra, Osho, Humberto Maturana, and Stanislav Grof. She crossed jungles, meditated to the beat of drums, cried, sang, and awakened.
Guided by sages and ancestors, she embraced the power of breath, awareness, music, and art as tools for soul expansion. This is how Varua Art & Meditation Studio was born—a sacred space where art, spirituality, and psychology converge to support women in their healing journey.
